Manage your subscription

Your subscription controls how much usage (credits) is available to your account.

View your current plan​

Your plan, total credits, and how much you've used are always visible in the sidebar of your dashboard. New accounts start on the Free tier automatically the first time you sign in.

Upgrade​

Click Upgrade in that same sidebar panel to move to a paid plan.

Understand usage​

Credits are consumed by model calls, and by transcribing audio and video you upload to a knowledge base (5 credits per minute of recording — see Add audio and video). They are tracked per account, not per project — using several projects and agents draws from the same pool. The Credits used line updates as you use the product.

Troubleshooting​

  • My plan change isn't reflected yet — refresh the dashboard; account-level changes can take a moment to show up everywhere in the UI.
