| Channel | A way people reach an agent: Telegram, WhatsApp, or an embeddable website widget. |
| Model | The underlying AI model an agent uses to generate answers. |
| Transcription | The text AOVA makes from an uploaded audio or video recording. The agent answers from the transcript; the original recording isn't kept. See Add audio and video. |
| Credits | The unit usage is billed in. Spent by model calls and by transcription (5 credits per minute of recording), drawn from one pool per account. |
