What deleting something removes

Deletes cascade downward — deleting a container deletes everything inside it. There's no undo, so review what a delete affects before confirming it.

A knowledge base	All of its sources, files, and folders. Agents that used it lose their knowledge connection.
An agent	All of its channels. Telegram/WhatsApp integrations stop responding; widget embeds on your site stop working.
A channel	Just that connection — the agent and knowledge base are unaffected.
